Possibility of machine starting at full hopper
Compact granulator, G181/7 Dipre model, designed for beside machine granulation of small and medium size sprues and scraps.
Designed for robot or belt conveyor feeding.
Main features:
-Inclined grinding chamber, realized in robust cast iron;
-Multiblade grinding rotor fitted with nr. 7 rotating blades;
-Nr. 1 fixed blade in hard steel;
-Tracer bar mounted on the rotor for correct feeding/dragging of the pieces into the grinding chamber;
-Hopper base – hopper lower part in contact with the grinding chamber - realized in robust cast iron;
-Soundproofed mild steel feeding hopper;
-Gas piston on lower hopper part for easy and controlled tilting opening/closing of the upper part with conveyor;
-Dedicated funnel to be mounted accordingly to the possibility of manual or robot feeding;
-Supporting frame in painted steel, suitable for proper height of the discharging throat; suitable to fix bags or put containers underneath for regrind collection
-Inclined cutting chamber with rotor diameter d. 181 mm
-Steel grid with 180° winding angle;
-Complete easy cutting chamber opening for very fast cleaning of rotor when changing material type/colour

Compact Granulator/Shredder, series GRM230/340-490,
machinery that has both advantages of the granulator and shredder,
built for the prompt recovery of the medium sized sprues and scraps directly on the machine side
